I know a lot of people like their album’s to be very cohesive and stick to one relative sound, but I am a person who prefers the dynamic nature of album’s like this.

It was a major turning point for the band being their first full length album since the Farros left, and it is an excellent collection of songs the seamlessly blend their old sound with newer experimentation. S/T to me represents the most “Paramore-like” slice of the Paramore discography, hence the clever naming. TLDR - my Paramore obsession faded around the Self Titled album era and I never really listened to it in full. What is it about S/T that you all love? Favorite tracks? Personal stories? And after discovering this sub yesterday and seeing how it’s so many people’s favorite Paramore album, I know I’m clearly missing out. AL is my favorite Paramore album and now I’m bopping to Hayley’s new album and everything’s coming up roses. I knew every word to every song and watched every music video and dreamed of seeing them live.Īs I grew older, the obsession faded and I got more into indie pop. In 2010, I was 15 and begging my mom to take me to Hot Topic so I could buy a new Paramore t-shirt.
